One of the very greatest hotels we have ever stayed in. Hope to return many times -- simply beautiful. Elegant, old world ambience.
Fantastic hotel. We are heavy travelers and this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful rooms, with spectacular views and world class service. Best location in Verona.

I understand that the Hotel will become a member of Leading Hotel of the World, having been very familiar with this Organization (inspected LHW and candidate LHW Hotels in Asia and Australia) some more efforts will have to be made. In the bathroom shower stall one can't close the door from the inside, missing and broken knob, the drainage in the shower stall is not working properly, water rises, the shower head must be changed as due to chalk in the shower head water goes different directions. A unpleasant smell came out of the toilet bowl maybe something wrong with the canalization pipe. There is no paper cover in the drawers for shirts etc.Staff was friendly and helpful. However service on the roof terrace, after dinner drinks was slow. Drinks seem to come from the bar all the way down on the ground floor.
Please consider this a constructive criticism. Thank you.
Splendid hotel with excellent staff but overpriced
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Fabulous location and the staff were so nice and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel any time!
There was a lot of dust under the furniture and under the bed it was not cleaned for weeks.
But the bathroom and the rest of the room was OK.
There were an explosion of bulbs in the room, save-bulbs; like TL Light, cold light, hard in the eyes.
We have a great time at the Due Torri hotel, however after the whole day at the stone fair, we came back to our room very tired at 4pm to find that our room was still undone. the receiption could not explained it but they sent the maid straith way to do the room.
this was the only downturn of our business trip.
Crispy clean linnen sheets changed everyday. Front desk extremely helpfull, specially with restaurant indications. All of them top ones.
A very enjoyable stay. Magnificent hotel, good service. Would recommend to others.
Verona is a beautiful city and the location of the Due Torri Hotel was just excellent!
You can't ask better location than that. And the hotel staffs was very kind and proffesional. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

They were in the process of remodeling the 2nd floor when we were there. The hotel is in a great location and the staff very friendly. We liked that we could valet park our car. We were disappointed that we told the staff several times over 3 days that the shower didn't drain properly and it was never fixed...that might have been a language issue. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel.

the rooms do look a bit tired and the beds are rather noisy; but the service was excellent and we were very happy with our stay! Also, we understand that the hotel is undergoing renovation.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location, central to everything.

This was a dismal waste of money in a 5* hotel. Look, I need to be WELCOMED to luxury, not to be handed a key while the receptionist is on the phone to someone else. And it would have been easier to carry our bags than wait for the porter for about 20 minutes.
The room was pokey, and a bit shabby. But the hotel has this wondrous SPACE: use it, make a fine dining room, and so on. Take a lesson from Villa d'Este and Villa Serbelloni, and just shape up! Would have been better off in a nice B&B in Verona.
The only opinion I can give is that your property and room pictures are not fair for what they are. The actual property and room are more sumptuous and elegant that your pictures suggest.
We really loved our stay in that hotel. It was wonderful and worth every cent we spent there!
regards.
one small disappointment was wifi internet charge. a lot of high quality hotels now
provide service free. while the charge was not unreasonable, the "single-use" condition
is.
